Ownership at this one needs some work. My mother in law is currently on crutches and they had grease and soda spilled on the floor that never got cleaned up. Anyways she spilled big time on the floor. Management came over and just asked us to sign forms that we wouldn't sue. No meal comps or complimentary desserts. Heck a free side of fries with your next meal would've been nice. Instead she had to fill out paperwork for falling and getting embarrassed. It felt weird.
Great food like these locations tend to do, but they need better policies to help customers feel comfortable at the restaurant not embarrassed, in pain, and then asked to fill out paperwork like my mother in law had too. Seems the company comes before the customer in this instance.
4 Star food. Love their tender meets, but wish all their sauces weren't so spicy. South Carolina sauce isn't normally so spicy.
Wow. Talk about meat-a-palooza. If you want a selection of meat, you gotta come here. When you approach the restaurant you can smell the mouth watering spices and sauces. I had the pulled chicken sandwich and onion rings which are GIGANTIC. I really like how they leave the sauces on the table for you to dress and select yourself. This place has every kind of meat and BBQ you can think of. I absolutely love the feel of chicken here. The pulled chicken was juicy and served on the softest bun. Portions here are incredibly generous. You will not walk away disappointed
My first time to R&R was great. But unfortunately that was it. I've been twice more and both times it's been at least half fat. I got the brisket, pulled pork, and boneless chicken. The chicken was great. The brisket was half fat. Seems I got the fat cap. Then the pork, I was able to get one good clump of meat. The rest was fat and tissue. I've smoked pork butt before. Taking a little bit of time clean it when it's pulled is not that hard. I doubt I'll be back. It's a shame though, the pictures of everyone else's food looks great.
