In 2020, we donated more than $20,000 in funds to school organizations and non-profit charities through the use of fundraising events in our restaurants. If your group is trying to raise money, we would love to help. We host events in our restaurants where we give back 20% of all dollars spent by your group and your contacts. When we enter a new community, we always partner with a group who could use a helping hand. Here are a few of our recent grand opening events and their impact:
Downtown Boise, ID (October ’21)
We are hosting a two day fundraiser for the Boise Bicycle Project, a nonprofit community co-op that promotes the personal, social & environmental benefits of bicycling. In 2020, they donated 1,164 bicycles to those in need to aid in their transportation.

We held a two day fundraiser for Bienvenidos Food Bank near downtown Denver raising nearly $7,000 which was subsequently matched by an anonymous donor.

Spanish Fork, UT (April ’21)
we fed over 300 first responders for free as part of the new store opening process.
Meridian, ID (November ’20)
we donated over $3,300 to Rocky Mountain High School’s “Student Relief Fund” as well as hosted a “Sneak Peek” a few weeks before our store opened where we sold Pork Sandwiches to benefit the Education Foundation of West Ada.
COVID Relief Packs
With the advent of COVID-19 in the spring of 2020, R&R BBQ sprang into action to provide discounted and free meals to over 20,000 individuals in the healthcare industry and for corporate employees that had been furloughed and were no longer on payroll.
Rescue Mission of Salt Lake
We have donated our time and smokers over the years to help produce Thanksgiving meals for the Rescue Mission, a homeless shelter in downtown Salt Lake City.
Camp Hobé
We have been a long-standing charity partner of Camp Hobé – a special psychosocial support program for children being treated for cancer and similarly-treated disorders & their families.
