(The Daily Dish) Emery Winward with R&R BBQ joined Nicea today to talk about something almost all of us love – BBQ! And not any BBQ but one of the best around and they have multiple awards to prove it!

Offering their own twist on BBQ that they call Rocky Mountain BBQ, they use white oak to smoke the meat for 12-14 hours and then season it with their own special blend making it so it tastes great with or without sauce! If you choose to go the sauce route, they offer their own line of sauces including a new mustard-based sauce, Carolina Gold BBQ.

Did you know that R&R BBQ doesn’t offer just smoked meat? They also offer Sandwiches, Burgers, tacos, nachos, Salads, and Desserts! Did I mention the sides? BBQ Baked Beans, Garlic Mashers with Brown Gravy, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Hush Puppies, French Fries, Fried Pickles, and Sweet Potato Fries… Those aren’t all, they have one of the world’s best Mac & Cheese!
